In this episode I sit down with a dear friend, Sheryl Fluence. Who a fews years ago, lost her brother to suicide. We go back to the day this tragic event took place as well as the emotional aftermath. Taking a moment to understand the grieving process, ways to seek and provide help, as well as what can you do in seasons of sadness and discouragement.

Meet “Author, Creative, and Inspirational Influencer” -
Shay Cèna.

Shay is a Brooklyn native born to Haitian parents. She embodies the vibe of a Brooklyn around the way girl with a love for her Haitian roots. She is a Brooklyn College graduate, who majored in Television and Broadcasting. Though she had a passion for the visual arts, she also could not stifle her fervency for the written word.
From her first book collaboration "Let This Mind Be In You Devotional", to her second book; a poetry collective called "Untold Emotions". Both available on Amazon.

In her continued journey and actively pursuing her place in the world of the arts, Shay’s aspirations of documentary production brought her to build a platform where artists alike could feel free to express themselves in any befitting avenue. Accomplishing various radio show hostings, musical, and documentary projects, Shay desires to create more content which will not only be inspirational but reflective to all those who encounter it.

Shay not only shares her passion and inspires through her work but she also supports other artist in their endeavors through collaborative efforts while building with other entrepreneurs that she connects with. She is a dedicated friend, traveler, mentor, creative and supporter who humbly fills-in spaces to inspire.
